Artemis Launch Rings

A recent project for STC was transporting Launch Rings for the Artemis rocket in Cape Canaveral. The rings were all 31 feet in diameter and 200,000 lbs each. The rings were moved from Port Canaveral to Cape Canaveral Air Force Base. For this short distance, the local municipality required that the transit be assisted by four law enforcement officers. While on base, the loads were escorted by Space Force officers. The rocket will sit on these very rings during its launch, and we are honored to do our part in providing our services and equipment to safely transport this high priority freight.
